High-sun repaints for Del Webb's hillside community above the valley.
Solera at Anthem sits high on the McCullough Range slope on the Anthem hillside, a Del Webb 55+ community of tidy single-story homes built in the early-to-mid 2000s. Elevation is the defining paint variable here: the air is thinner and clearer than the valley floor, the UV load is harsher, and dark trim and accent colors chalk and fade noticeably faster than the same colors do a thousand feet lower. Homes here are now around twenty years old — squarely first-repaint age — and the sun has usually made the case already on the south and west walls.
Our exterior work in Solera is specified for that exposure: fade-resistant formulations, chalked surfaces primed rather than painted over, crack repair along the pop-outs and parapets where hillside thermal swings do their work, and colors sampled on the actual walls in that high, hard light before anything is finalized. The association maintains approved schemes, and we prepare the paperwork with you as part of the project.
Inside, the compact single-level plans — most in the 1,200 to 2,000 square foot range — repaint beautifully room by room, often in just a few well-sequenced days, with furniture handled by us and the house fully livable throughout. Many owners pair interior and exterior in one pass and have the whole property current in a single, calmly scheduled project.
Tell us your home's approximate age, what needs painting, and any scheduling that matters to you.
